Ruth Njuguna is the General Manager, Octagon Pension Services Limited. Having worked at different levels within the pension industry for over 12 years, she has a wealth of experience in management of Retirement Benefits Schemes.
Professionally, she has practised and offered services for various organisations ranging from Pension Consultancy and Administration, Strategy and Transformation, Organizational Performance, Quality Management, Customer Service and Relationship Management. She is also a member of the Pensions Management Institute, UK.
Academically, Ruth holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Nairobi, Diploma in Employee Benefits & Retirement Savings, Pensions Management Institute (UK), Certified Trainer and Trainee for the Trustee Development Program Kenya (TDPK), College of Insurance and BSC Actuarial Science, Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology
In addition to the above, Ruth has undergone through various trainings to sharpen her skills in leadership and transformation, organisation performance, quality assurance and customer experience.
