Florence has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, having worked for Barclays Bank (now ABSA), Family Bank, Equity Bank, and Century Microfinance Bank, where she was the CEO.
Florence is active in the community, serving on boards such as the Kiambu Pamoja Trust Board as Chairman Finance Committee, the Governing Council of Credit Information Sharing (affiliated with the CBK), and many others.
She is also a member of the Embu County Development Professional Association as a member of the Bonding committee.
