Phyllis Mwalilino – Tiller is a Retirement Planning expert with over 15 years of experience in the private pensions industry in Zambia where she has provided risk management, compliance and pension trustee advisory services to various pension funds. She is glad to make differences at different levels, one individual at a time, and one employer at a time, with a goal contributing towards financial inclusion to beat old age poverty.
She is Managing Director of Octagon Financial Services Limited, Zambia, administering pension schemes for various employers, helping employees prepare for retirement through pension savings. She is also currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus is Finance. She also participated in the Swedish Institute Management Program (SIMP Africa) a program preparing leaders for a responsible leadership style. She is also a member of the Institute of Directors where she also services as a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Phyllis has a certificate in Investment Management from the University of Cape Town.
