Dr. Kasozi Mulindwa Saturninus is a Chartered Accountant and a member of ACCA (UK) and ICPAU (Uganda). He holds a Doctorate in Finance and Accounting from the University of Birmingham (UK); a master’s degree in Development Finance from the University of Birmingham; Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Governance and Management from Institute of Housing Studies (IHS) Netherlands, Postgraduate Certificates in Financial Management; and Project Management from Strathclyde Business School (Glasgow). He has a postgraduate certificate in Credit Analysis from ESAMI and an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce majoring in Banking from Makerere University.

He has worked as a Finance Officer for the Ministry of Local Government and as a Project Manager for the former Uganda Commercial Bank. He has also worked as a Principal Consultant and the head of the Business and Financial Management Department at the Uganda Management Institute (UMI). He is currently the Director of Programs and Student Affairs at UMI. He has experience as a Finance Officer, a banker, and a consultant in Accounting, Finance, Business, and Strategic Management and has worked on a variety of projects in training, research, consulting, and advisory services. As a result, he is regarded as a specialist in accounting, finance, strategic planning, training, research, and business management.
